Order Processing
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1 PM (excluding public holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on Fridays will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be dispatched, pending payment confirmation.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on your location and delivery timeframe to provide you with the best rate. Orders over R 150 qualify for FREE shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days within South Africa following dispatch.
• Deliveries to outlying areas may take 5-7 business days.
  Please use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment online.

We partner with BoBgo and its courier network for reliable, door-to-door service. Ensure someone is available at the delivery address from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays to receive your package.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of South Africa. Stay connected via our social channels for updates on future international shipping availability.

RETURNS POLICY

If a parcel is returned to Th-INK Tattoos due to being unclaimed or submitted with an incorrect address, an additional handling and postage fee of R60 will apply for re-delivery. If you choose to request a refund, R60 will be deducted from the total order amount to cover these fees.

We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for unclaimed or misaddressed parcels and do not offer replacement shipments in these cases.

MISSING ITEMS

Occasionally, orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. Please check your email for any additional tracking information. If your item appears missing or unaccounted for, contact us at hello@think-tattoos.com, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue promptly.
