Th-INK Tattoos is a semi-permanent tattoo supplier offering a range of unique and innovative tattoo tattoos. Our goal is to provide exceptional quality and artistic designs to meet your tattooing needs.

**Delivery Policy**

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 business days. Delivery will be confirmed via email.

**Delivery Costs:**

– **South Africa: Main & Regional Centres (excluding outlying areas)**
– FREE SHIPPING for all products, from the smallest to the largest. Deliveries are made directly to your door or office at no cost.

– **South Africa: Outlying Areas & Townships (excluding major city hubs)**
The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden fees.

**Delivery Times:**

Officially, delivery takes 3-5 working days. In certain cases, orders may arrive sooner if all items are in stock. Orders are dispatched the next working day after confirmation of payment. Our courier typically takes 1-3 working days for major centres and 3-5 working days for outlying areas. While we aim to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee it. Please ensure you are available at the specified address during business hours to receive your order.

**Please Note:**

We strive to provide high-quality semi-permanent tattoos and related services. However, if we are out of stock or experience delays, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel your order if you prefer not to wait.

**Collections:**

We operate exclusively as an e-commerce business and do not have a physical showroom. All products and services are managed online, which helps us avoid delays, extra charges, and ensures competitive pricing. For any inquiries, please email hello@think-tattoos.com.

**Export Restriction:**

Our services and products are available to South African clients only.

**Return and Refund Policy:**

Availability of services is subject to our operational schedule. In cases of unavailability, Th-INK Tattoos will issue a full refund within 30 days. Order cancellations by clients will incur a 10% administration fee.

Products or services cannot be returned unless there was an error in the service provided or if the service was defective. If a mistake was made or the service is faulty, we will rectify it or offer a refund if resolution is not possible. Report any issues within five (5) days for a quicker resolution. After five days, the matter will be handled based on the applicable service warranties.

**Customer Privacy Policy:**

**Payment Options Accepted:**

Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, Zapper, and PayPal.

**Card Acquiring and Security:**

**Customer Details Separate from Card Details:**

Customer details are stored separately from card information, which is processed securely on PayFlex’s site.

**Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency:**

The merchant outlet is located in South Africa. Transactions are conducted in South African Rand (ZAR).

**Responsibility:**

Th-INK Tattoos is responsible for all aspects related to transactions, including the sale of services, customer service, support, dispute resolution, and delivery.
